MUXUAN MXF-A2.2 Small Batch Mixing Disperser is a new type of product designed according to actual production needs. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of liquid Stocks such as paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, and food. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. The product Processing capacity is 10-70L, and the explosion-proof type can be customized according to the material characteristics.

Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate mixing form according to the process needs
2. Put the material into the container to ensure that the size of the container does not exceed 400mm in diameter and 560mm in height.
3. Adjust the position of the stirring head by hand lifting
4. Rotation speed and timing parameters
5. Start the device for decentralized mixing operation
6. Turn off the equipment after completion, clean and maintain it
