Overview
MUXUAN MXF-A2.2F is a small batch mixing Disperser, which belongs to the MXF-A series pilot small batch frequency conversion Disperser. This product is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of liquid Stocks such as paints, Coatings, pigments, plastics, food, etc., to provide correct data for large-scale production, and can also be used for small batch production. This model is an explosion-proof motor type and adopts a hand-crank lifting method.

Principle
Driven by the motor, the dispersion disc runs at high speed, causing the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, and falling to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the material particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Dispersion and mixing of materials in biological, food, Coatings, inks, Adhesive, dyestuff, pesticide and other industries.

• This machine is suitable for working conditions with material viscosity ≤ 5000cps.
• Processing capacity (with water as standard) is 10-100L.
• The maximum size of the container that can be placed is 450mm in diameter and 650mm in height.
• The "F" in the model represents the explosion-proof type of the motor, and the hand lift.
• Fully explosion-proof models (Q series) can only be lifted by hand.
