Overview
MUXUAN MXF-A3F Small Batch Stirring Disperser is a new type of product designed according to actual production needs. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of liquid Stocks such as paints, Coatings, pigments, plastics, and food. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. This model can disperse 10-100L materials, and explosion-proof types can be customized according to material characteristics.

Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.
