MUXUAN MXF-B1100 Small Batch Stirring Disperser is an economical Chinese equipment. It adopts a dual-axis constant force lifting system and a series rectifier motor. Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow, generating strong vortices and spiraling down to the bottom of the eddy current. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to realize the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification.

Steps
1. Use the locking and lifting handle to adjust the height of the equipment.
2. Fix the mixing bucket through the bucket clamping device.
3. Start the device and set the required Rotation speed through the intelligent speed control instrument.
4. Perform dispersion, stirring, or mixing operations.
5. After the operation is completed, remove the dispersion disc for cleaning.
Notice
The maximum line speed of the equipment is recommended to be 20-25m/s.
• Ensure that the mixing drum is firmly fixed by the barrel clamping device to prevent displacement during work.
• Regularly check the dispersion disc and hexagon bolts to ensure fastening.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with high-speed running parts.
When cleaning equipment, make sure the power is disconnected.
