Overview
MUXUAN MXF-C1500 Small Batch Stirring Disperser is a laboratory and pilot-scale high-performance dispersed stirring equipment. It is driven by a new high-performance variable frequency motor, with the advantages of small size, large Power, stable and adjustable Rotation speed, which effectively improves the working safety environment of laboratory personnel. It is an upgraded product of laboratory dispersed stirring equipment.

Principle
The equipment drives the stirring and dispersing head to high-speed swirl/spin through a high-performance variable frequency motor to generate a strong shear force, so as to realize the dispersion, mixing and homogenization of the material. The user can precisely adjust the motor Rotation speed through the variable frequency digital display controller to adapt to the process requirements of different materials.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate stirring and dispersing head (standard φ 80/100mm, optional φ 60/120mm) and barrel (optional 6L, 12L, 20L) according to the material characteristics.
2. Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V power supply.
3. Adjust the mixing head to the appropriate height in the barrel through the manual lifting mechanism.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the CPU variable frequency digital display controller (adjustable from 0-5000rpm).
5. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a stable and firm workbench.
• Before operation, please check whether the Power supply voltage is 220V and make sure the grounding is good.
• Select the appropriate container according to the Processing capacity (5-30L). The maximum size of the container is recommended to be 300mm in diameter and 430mm in height.
• Travel is 370mm, please pay attention to safety when adjusting the height of the mixing head to avoid collisions.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items near swirling/spinning parts while the equipment is running.
• Regularly maintain the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
