Overview
MUXUAN MXF-C1500D is a small batch mixing Disperser, driven by a high-performance variable frequency motor, with the advantages of small size, large output power, stable and adjustable Rotation speed, large starting torque, high operating efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise and high Stability. The equipment effectively improves the working safety environment of laboratory testers. It is an upgraded product used in laboratories, with a Processing capacity of 3-20L.

Principle
The equipment drives the dispersing stirring head at high speed swirl/spin through a high-performance variable frequency motor to cut, disperse and mix materials. The user can precisely adjust the Rotation speed through the CPU variable frequency digital display controller, and use the electric lifting mechanism to adjust the working position of the stirring head in the container to adapt to different batches and process requirements.

Steps
1. According to the material characteristics and Processing capacity, select the appropriate dispersing mixing head (standard φ 80/100mm, optional φ 60/120mm) and barrel (optional 6L, 12L, 20L).
2. Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V power supply.
3. Use the electric lifting function to adjust the mixing head to the appropriate height.
4. Put the material to be processed into the barrel and place the barrel under the equipment to ensure that the mixing head can be immersed in the material.
5. Rotation speed (0-5000rpm) and optional timing function are set by CPU variable frequency digital display controller.
6. Start the equipment and start the dispersion and mixing of materials.
7. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment and clean the mixing head and barrel.

• Please ensure that the device is placed on a stable bench and connected to a 220V power supply that meets the requirements.
• Before operation, please confirm that the stirring head is firmly installed and the lifting mechanism is running normally.
• Please select the appropriate cartridge according to the material Processing capacity (3-20L) and the maximum size of the container (diameter 300mm, height 350mm).
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items near swirling/spinning parts while the equipment is running.
• Regularly maintain the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
When cleaning equipment, please disconnect the power supply first.
