Overview
MXF-D1500 Small Batch Pilot Dispersion Stirrer is a new product designed by MUXUAN brand according to the actual production needs. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid Stocks to provide correct data for large-scale production. It can also be used for small batch production. Processing capacity is 10-40L.
Features
1. High-performance motor, lower noise, smoother operation, ensuring high quality of the whole machine.
2. CPU digital display Dynamic Rotation speed control, can realize timing fixed speed operation, the whole machine intelligent control.
3. Electric lifting mode, light and convenient, low failure rate, casters at the bottom of the frame, easy to move.
Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape, and generates a strong shear impact and friction between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.
Applications
Dispersion and mixing of materials for biological, food, paint, inks, Adhesive, dyestuff, pesticide and other industries
Steps
1. Add the material to the container to ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 10-40L.
2. Select the dispersion mixing head as required (standard 80/100mm, optional 60/120mm).
3. Use electric lift to adjust the position of dispersion disc.
4. Rotation speed (0-3000rpm) and timing are set through the CPU digital display control panel.
5. Start the device for decentralized and mixed operations.
6. After the operation is completed, clean the equipment and move it to the storage location.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 25,000 cps.
• Processing capacity is within 10-40L to avoid overloading.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with high-speed running parts.
• Regularly check the motor and lifting system to ensure normal operation.
• Use bottom casters when moving the device to prevent tipping over.
