It can also be used for small batch production. Processing capacity is 10-40L.

Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex and spiraling down to the bottom of the eddy current, generating a strong shear impact and friction between the particles, and realizing the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate parameters according to the material viscosity (≤ 25000 cps) and Processing capacity (10-40L);
2. Set the CPU digital display dynamic Rotation speed control to achieve timing and constant speed operation;
3. Use the electric lifting function to adjust the position of the dispersion disc;
4. Start the device for decentralized and mixed operations.
Notice
The viscosity of the material shall not exceed 25,000 cps.
