It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid Stocks. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. The product can disperse 5-10L of materials.

Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex and spiraling down to the bottom of the eddy current. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, which realizes the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Put the material into the sealing bucket
2. Use the lock sealing strip device to quickly fix the sealing bucket
3. Rotation speed and time parameters are set by CPU digital display control
4. Start the electric lifting device to locate the dispersion disc
5. Turn on the equipment for dispersion mixing operation
6. After completion, electric lifting dispersion disc, disassembly and cleaning
Notice
• Material viscosity must not exceed 25000 cps
• Processing capacity range of 5-10L
• Conventional recommended linear speed is 20-25m/s
• The dispersion disc is fixed with hexagon bolts and needs to be installed correctly
The equipment has explosion-proof function and needs to be used in the applicable environment
