Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Quickly fix the sealing bucket through the locking sealing strip device
2. Use the electric lifting function to quickly lift and fix the sealing bucket
3. Rotation speed control through CPU digital display Set the required Rotation speed and timing
4. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation
5. After the operation is completed, remove the dispersion disc for cleaning
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps
• Conventional recommended linear speed is 20-25m/s
• Make sure the sealing bucket is firmly fixed before use
• Regularly check whether the dispersion disc fixing bolt is loose
• Disconnect the power supply when cleaning
