Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Put the material into the sealing bucket
2. Use the lock sealing strip device to quickly fix the sealing bucket
3. Adjust the dispersion disc position through the electric lifting system
4. Set CPU Digital Display Dynamic Rotation speed Control system parameters
5. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation
6. After the operation is completed, remove the dispersion disc for cleaning
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps
• Conventional recommended linear speed is 20-25m/s
• Make sure the sealing bucket is firmly fixed before use
• Regularly check dispersion disc fixing bolts
• Pay attention to the running status of the equipment during operation
• Power should be cut off when cleaning
