Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating strong vortices and spiraling down to the bottom of the eddy current, generating strong shear impact and friction between the particles, and realizing the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Move the device to a suitable location to ensure stability.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the CPU Digital Control system.
3. Rotation speed and timing parameters.
4. Use the electric lifting function to adjust the position of the dispersion disc and fix the sealing bucket.
5. Start the device for decentralized operation.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the dispersion disc for cleaning.

The viscosity of the material should not exceed 25,000 cps.
