Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Move the device to the appropriate location
2. Install the appropriate dispersion disc
3. Rotation speed and timing parameters
4. Put the material into the sealing bucket
5. Start the equipment to disperse and stir
6. Complete the reverse speed shutdown
7. Disassemble and clean dispersion disc
