Overview
MXF-E2200 Low Speed Powerful Laboratory and Pilot Electric Stirrer is a new product designed by MUXUAN brand according to the actual needs of production. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of paints, paints, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid Stocks. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. Processing capacity is 10-40L.
Features
1. High-performance motor, lower noise, smoother operation, ensuring high quality of the whole machine
2. CPU digital display Dynamic Rotation speed control, can realize timing fixed speed operation, the whole machine intelligent control
3. Electric lifting method, light and convenient, low failure rate, casters at the bottom of the frame, easy to move
4. High dispersion efficiency, good product quality, maximum Rotation speed 3000rpm, maximum linear speed 33m/s, fast and uniform dispersion of materials
5. Easy and safe operation, electric lifting fast fixed sealing barrel, dispersion disc easy to disassemble and replace, easy to clean, with locking sealing strip device
Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape, and generates a strong shear impact and friction between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.
Applications
Biological, Food, Coatings, inks, Adhesives, dyestuffs, pesticides
Steps
1. Put the material into the sealing bucket
2. Use an electric lifting device to fix the sealing bucket
3. Rotation speed and timing parameters set by CPU digital display
4. Start the equipment to disperse and stir
5. Remove dispersion disc for cleaning after completion
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps
• Conventional recommended linear speed 20-25m/s
• Make sure the sealing bucket is firmly fixed before use
• Regularly check the dispersion disc and spindle connection
• Pay attention to the safety of the bottom casters when moving the equipment
