Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex and spiraling down to the bottom of the eddy current, generating strong shear impact and friction between the particles, so as to realize the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Use the electric lifting device to quickly lift and fix the sealing bucket.
2. Set timing and speed parameters through the CPU digital display control panel.
3. Start the equipment, the dispersion disc runs at high speed for material dispersion.
4. After the operation is completed, remove the dispersion disc for cleaning and maintenance.

The viscosity of the material should not exceed 25,000 cps.
