Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape, and generates a strong shear impact and friction between the particles to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Put the material into the sealing bucket
2. Use the electric lifting device to adjust the position of the dispersion disc
3. Rotation speed and timing parameters are set through the CPU digital display control panel
4. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation
5. After completion, use the electric lifting device to raise the dispersion disc
6. Remove dispersion disc for cleaning

• Material viscosity should not exceed 25000 cps
• Recommended for conventional use, the linear speed is 20-25m/s
• Make sure the sealing bucket is firmly fixed before operation
• Regularly check the sealing structure of the double-end machine seal
• Pay attention to the safety of the bottom casters when moving the device
