MJB-500S Small Batch Stirrer is a laboratory mixing equipment under the MUXUAN brand. It is driven by a compact series micro motor and is suitable for mixing and stirring low to high viscosity liquids in the laboratory. The machine is composed of a drive motor, a speed control controller and a torque increasing mechanism. The output torque is doubled by the torque increasing mechanism, and the stirring Rotation speed is controlled by a microprocessor, which can instantly compensate for load changes and Power supply voltage fluctuations to ensure constant speed and reliable operation.

Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a series-excited micro-motor, which amplifies the output torque through a torque increasing mechanism to cope with materials of different viscosities. The stirring Rotation speed is steplessly adjusted by a governor controlled by a microprocessor, and can instantly and effectively compensate for the Rotation speed changes caused by load changes and Power supply voltage fluctuations, thus achieving stable constant speed stirring.
