Overview
MJB-500 Small Batch Stirrer is a laboratory Chinese stirring equipment driven by a series micro motor, suitable for mixing and stirring of low to medium and high viscosity liquids. The machine is composed of a drive motor, a speed control controller and a torque increasing mechanism. A variable speed boosting mechanism is applied at the output end to increase the torque. Rotation speed of stirring is controlled by a microprocessor, which can effectively compensate for load changes and Power supply voltage fluctuations to ensure constant speed and reliable operation.

Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a compact series-excited micro-motor. A variable speed booster mechanism is applied at the output end, which doubles the output torque. The stirring Rotation speed is controlled by the microprocessor, which can instantly compensate for the rotation speed changes caused by load changes and Power supply voltage fluctuations, resulting in stable and reliable constant speed stirring.
