Laboratory Mulser XR-A500-70S is a MUXUAN brand equipment specially designed for laboratory micro-experiments. Through mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed into another or more phases, achieving the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, forming a stable dispersion system. Principle
The laboratory homogeneous Mulser uses a strong motor to swirl/spin at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor. The rotor produces an extremely high linear speed, which makes the material fly out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps, generating strong turbulence under the action of various directional forces. The material is repeatedly depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined, and shearing under emulsifying agents and processes to produce a stable emulsion.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head according to the process requirements
2. Ensure that the minimum immersion liquid height is 50mm and the maximum immersion liquid height is 236mm.
3. Speed range 300~ 13000rpm
4. Start the equipment for decentralized, emulsification and homogenization operation
5. Turn off the device after finishing processing
Notice
• Material viscosity must not exceed 5000cps
• Ambient Temperature must not exceed 40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Make sure the working head is fully immersed in the liquid
• Pay attention to the status of overload protection function
