Overview
The laboratory electric lifting high-shear Mulser MXR-0.75D is a device designed for laboratory small-scale experiments. It narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials by mechanical external force, so as to achieve uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, achieving the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, thereby forming a stable dispersion system. The equipment can be equipped with a variety of working heads of different specifications.
Features
1. High efficiency, good product quality: quickly distribute a phase evenly into Miscellaneous materials to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, product stability, not easy to delamination.
2. High processing accuracy, long life: the rotating stator is made of forging material, CNC numerical control processing, small gap, good shear fineness, high emulsification and dispersion efficiency; optional chill down double-decked barrel, equipment long-term operation Low temperature, automatic shutdown according to process timing.
3. Modular design, easy maintenance: The equipment is compact, using Modular design, electric lifting, beautiful atmosphere, labor-saving, installation-free; single-layer/double-decked Mixing Tank can be selected according to material viscosity.
4. Strong non-standard: can customize various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof type, closed type, manual lifting type, etc.; material can be customized according to requirements SS304/SS316L/Hastelloy/titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy, etc.; can be customized according to material viscosity Different emulsification heads to meet a variety of needs.
5. High-performance motor and working head: using high-performance motor, strong torque output; Frequency conversion Rotation speed display, claw type two-way working head, two-way suction, higher emulsification quality.
Principle
The high-speed swirl/spin of the equipment motor makes the rotation and stator form a vacuum, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotation and stator. Powerful kinetic energy generates high linear velocity, which makes the material fly out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotation and stator gaps, resulting in strong turbulence. The material is repeated and cycled for a certain period of time under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature process to achieve depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing, and finally produce a stable emulsion.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in biological, food, Coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries
