Overview
The laboratory electric lifting high-shear Mulser (model: MXR-1.5D) is a device designed for laboratory small-scale experiments. It narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, and realizes the uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, thereby forming a stable dispersion system. The equipment can be equipped with a variety of working heads of different specifications.
Features
1. High efficiency, good product quality: can quickly distribute a phase evenly into Miscellaneous materials, achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, product stability, not easy to delamination.
2. High processing accuracy, long life: the rotating stator is made of forging material, CNC numerical control processing, small clearance, good shear fineness, high emulsification and dispersion efficiency; optional chill down double-decked barrel, equipment long-term operation Low temperature, and can set timing automatic stop.
3. Modular design, easy maintenance: The equipment is compact in structure, using Modular design, electric lifting, beautiful atmosphere, labor-saving, installation-free; the matching single-layer or double-decked Mixing Tank can be selected according to the material viscosity.
4. Strong non-standard: various types of non-standard products can be customized, such as explosion-proof type, airtight type, manual lifting type, etc.; materials can be customized according to requirements SS304, SS316L, Hastelloy, titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy, etc.; at the same time, different emulsification heads can be customized according to material viscosity to meet a variety of needs.
5. High-performance motor: strong torque output, capable of laboratory dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other functions.
6. Rotation speed display, claw type two-way working head: two-way suction, higher emulsification quality.
Principle
The laboratory homogeneous Mulser uses a strong motor to swirl/spin at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and the stator. Powerful kinetic energy makes the rotor produce a high linear velocity, so that the material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotor and stator gaps, and under the action of various different directional forces, a strong turbulent flow is generated. The material is depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined and shearing repeatedly for a certain period of time under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature technology, and finally produces a stable emulsion.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in the biological, food, Coating, inks, Spinning & weaving aids, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries. Applicable materials include the process of mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as juices, soups, dairy products, tissue homogenizers, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals, etc.
