Overview
The laboratory electric lifting high-shear Mulser MXR-2.2D is a device designed for laboratory small-scale experiments. It narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, achieving uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, achieving the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, thereby forming a stable dispersion system. The equipment can be equipped with a variety of customized working heads of different specifications.
Features
1. High efficiency, good product quality: quickly distribute a phase evenly into Miscellaneous materials to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, product stability, not easy to delamination.
2. High processing accuracy, long life: the rotating stator is made of forging material, CNC numerical control processing, small gap, good shear Fineness, high efficiency; optional chill down double-decked barrel, equipment long-term operation low temperature, according to the process timing automatic shutdown.
3. Modular design, easy maintenance: Compact equipment structure, Modular design, electric lifting, beautiful atmosphere, labor-saving, installation-free; can be selected according to the material viscosity matching suitable single-layer/double-decked Mixing Tank.
4. Strong non-standard: various types of non-standard products can be customized, such as explosion-proof type, closed type, manual lifting type, etc.; the material can be customized according to the requirements of SS304/SS316L/Hastelloy/titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy, etc.; at the same time, different emulsification heads can be customized according to the material viscosity to meet a variety of needs.
5. High-performance motor and display: using high-performance motor, strong torque output; with frequency conversion speed display and claw type two-way working head, two-way suction, higher emulsification quality.
Principle
The laboratory homogeneous Mulser uses a strong motor to swirl/spin at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and the stator. Powerful kinetic energy makes the rotor produce a high linear velocity, so that the material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotor and stator gaps, and under the action of various different directional forces, a strong turbulent flow is generated. The material is depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined and shearing repeatedly for a certain period of time under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature technology, and finally produces a stable emulsion.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries
