Principle
When the equipment is working, the strong motor high-speed swirl/spin causes a vacuum to be formed between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and the stator. The powerful kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate a higher linear speed, so that the material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotor and stator gaps, generating strong turbulence under the action of a variety of different directional forces. The material is repeated for a certain period of time under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature process to achieve depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing, and finally produce a stable emulsion.

Steps
1. Select and match the appropriate single-layer or double-decked Mixing Tank according to the material viscosity.
2. Place the equipment in place, as it is designed without installation and can be used directly.
3. Adjust the working head to the appropriate height through the electric lifting mechanism.
4. Set the required frequency conversion speed (0-3000rpm) and the timing emulsification time according to the process requirements.
5. Start the equipment, the material will be inhaled and start the emulsification, dispersion, homogenization process.
6. After the process is completed, the equipment can be automatically shut down according to the setting.
Notice
• This equipment is suitable for working conditions with material viscosity ≤ 8000 cps (mPas).
• The standard handling capacity is 20~ 40L, please do not use it in excess.
The input power supply is 220V, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Work heads and barrels of different materials can be customized according to process requirements to meet special material requirements.
• The equipment can run for a long time, but it is recommended to choose a chill down double-decked cartridge according to the process conditions to control the temperature rise.
