Overview
The laboratory three-stage pipeline emulsification pump XR-1.5-111 adopts a horizontal structure, and the working chamber is equipped with three groups of rotating stators. When the motor swirl/spin at high speed, the multi-layer rotating stator generates a strong suction force, which sucks the material into the working chamber. In the process from the suction port to the discharge port, the material is dispersed, shearing and emulsification of the multi-stage multi-layer rotating stator for many times, and is continuously processed through the cycle, and finally a stable high-quality product is obtained. It is suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or miscible materials.
Features

Principle
The three-stage emulsification pump in the laboratory adopts a horizontal structure, and three groups of rotating stators with precision pair-coupling are installed in a long and narrow working chamber. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, so that the rotating stator forms a vacuum, and the material is sucked into the rotating stator cavity from the inlet of the double-decked Mixing Tank. The powerful kinetic energy makes the rotor produce a very high linear speed. The material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotating and stator gaps, generating strong turbulence under the action of a variety of different directional forces. The material flows out from the outlet and enters the double-decked Mixing Tank cycle, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, gas and other media are uniform and fine in an instant, and the final product achieves stable and high quality.
