Overview
The TP151 dissolved oxygen analyzer is an intelligent measuring instrument under the TIMEPOWER brand. It has the characteristics of Chinese menu operation, multi-function and high measurement performance. It is suitable for the measurement of trace dissolved oxygen in solutions in various industries.
Features
1. Electrode Response Time is short, which is convenient for the measurement of high oxygen content water samples.
2. Adopt professional patch technology and highly integrated circuit design for stability and durability.
3. Apply professional microcontroller technology with high performance and low power consumption.
High Accuracy measurement with 24 bit A/D signal acquisition.
5. Chinese main menu operation, easy to understand, quick and convenient operation.
6. The standard output signal type is optional, and the alarm relay can be set arbitrarily.
7. Equipped with data cycle storage function, automatic removal of overflow data, simple operation, convenient query, data can be stored for more than 10 years after power failure.
Principle
The analyzer senses the oxygen content in the water sample through the dissolved Oxygen electrode and converts the chemical signal into an electrical signal. The built-in PT1000 temperature transducer performs temperature compensation. The signal is collected by a 24-bit A/D converter for High Accuracy, and then processed by a professional microcontroller. Finally, the dissolved oxygen concentration value is displayed on the LCD screen.
Applications
The measurement of trace dissolved oxygen in various industrial solutions
Steps
Connect the AC (85~ 265) V power supply.
2. Place the dissolved Oxygen electrode and temperature transducer in the water sample to be tested.
3. Perform parameter settings (such as output signal type, alarm value, etc.) through the Chinese main menu.
4. The instrument automatically performs measurement and temperature compensation, and displays the results on the display screen.
5. Historical storage data can be queried through the menu.
Notice
• The temperature of the water sample should be kept within the range of 5 to 60 ° C.
• Ambient Temperature should be between 5 and 45 ° C.
• Working environment relative humidity should be ≤ 90% RH, and no condensation.
• Instrument storage temperature range is -25~ 55 ℃, but Electrode storage temperature needs to be higher than 0 ℃.
• The current output load needs to be less than 300Ω.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but it is still necessary to use it under the specified environment conditions.
