Overview
SH05-3G thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer is an improved product of CHIJIU brand SH05-3 model. It adopts single-chip microcomputer control, digitally sets the stirring Rotation speed, heating temperature and timing time by touching the button, and maintains the brushless DC motor drive. It has the characteristics of stable Rotation speed, accurate temperature control and convenient use.

Principle
SH05-3G thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer realizes the stirring function by driving the stirrer swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor. It uses a heating plate to heat and monitors the liquid temperature through a temperature sensor to achieve double automatic temperature control. The user can set the temperature difference value according to the use conditions. The maximum temperature of the heating plate = the liquid set temperature + the temperature difference value + (the liquid set temperature - the measured temperature of the liquid) × 2.

Steps
1. Place it smoothly, connect the power cord, connect the temperature sensor, put in the beaker and stirrer, insert the temperature sensor, and turn on the power switch
2. Rotation speed setting: press the set key, the number flashes, and use the rise or fall key to set the Rotation speed
3. Time setting: Press the setting button, the time indicator light is on, use the rise or fall button to set the time, and it is not necessary to set it to "0" regularly.
4. Temperature setting: Press the setting button, the temperature indicator light is on, and use the rise or fall button to set the liquid temperature
5. Temperature difference setting: Press the setting button, the temperature difference indicator light is on, and use the rise or fall button to set the temperature difference value
6. Press the setting button twice, the Rotation speed indicator light is on, and the setting is complete
7. Press the stir button, the stir indicator light is on, and the Stirrer runs.
8. Press the heat button, the heating indicator light is on, and the heating starts.
9. It can only be heated under stirring conditions. Press the heat button to stop heating, and press the stir button to stop stirring and heating.
10. Press the setting button to display the current Rotation speed, remaining time, liquid temperature and other status
11. After stopping stirring, press the stirring button again and press the last set data to run.
12. Rotation speed can be adjusted by pressing up or down button
13. To reset Miscellaneous data, you need to turn off the stirring button first, and press the setting button to reset the item that needs to be set.
14. An alarm will sound when the set time arrives
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded
• The liquid in the beaker should not be too full to avoid overflowing when stirring
• The temperature of the heating plate is very high when working, and the power cord, temperature sensor lead, etc. should be kept away, let alone contacted
• If not used for a long time, the power supply should be unplugged
