TP110 pH analyzer is a new generation of high-end instrument launched by TIMEPOWER, which is dedicated to accurate measurement of pH value and temperature of solutions. Principle
The analyzer converts chemical signals into electrical signals by sensing the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution through High Accuracy Triple Composite Electrode. The electrical signals are collected by a 24-bit A/D converter for High Accuracy, and then processed and calculated by a professional microcontroller. Finally, the pH value and temperature value of the solution are displayed on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Install Electrode and connect the piping.
2. Connect the AC (85~ 265) V power supply.
3. Perform parameter settings (such as output signal type, alarm value, etc.) through the Chinese menu.
4. Immerse Electrode in the solution to be tested.
5. Instrument automatic measurement and display of ph value and temperature.
6. Historical storage data can be queried through the menu.
Notice
The water sample pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa.
The temperature of the water sample should be maintained within the range of 5 to 60 degrees Celsius.
* Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of 5~ 45 ℃.
* environment relative humidity should be ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
Please ensure that the power supply is within the range of AC (85~ 265) V and frequency (45~ 65) HZ.
The opening size of the instrument is 138 * 138mm, please pay attention when installing.
The current output load should be less than 300Ω.
* Alarm relay is normally open contact point, capacity is AC220V 3A /DC30V 3A.
