Overview
SH21-2 thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer uses brushless DC motor and strong magnetic steel, with stepless speed regulation function, strong Stir force. Equipped with electric contact mercury-filledthermometer can realize automatic temperature control, heating power can be stepless adjustment, the shell is made of aluminum alloy, suitable for chemical research and teaching fields.

Principle
The device drives the internal magnet swirl/spin through the motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the magnetic Stir placed in the beaker to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the Stir of the liquid. The heating function is realized through the heater, and the temperature control is monitored through the external electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer. When the preset temperature is reached, the heating circuit is automatically cut off, and when it is lower than the preset temperature, the heating is resumed to achieve thermostatic.

Steps
1. Place the device smoothly, place the beaker in the center of the working plate, and put in the Stir. Adjust the speed regulation and temperature knob counterclockwise to the minimum, connect the power supply, and turn on the power switch. Slowly adjust the speed regulation knob clockwise to the desired speed.
2. When heating is required, turn the button switch on the back of the machine up, and the heating indicator light is on. Set the heating power by adjusting the temperature speed knob.
3. When automatic temperature control is required, connect the two leads of the electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer to the rear terminal of the machine, and insert the thermometer into the liquid medicine and fix it. The device will automatically stop heating when it reaches the preset temperature, and resume heating when it falls below the preset temperature.
4. After use, unplug the power supply, and clean the appearance and collect it after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
1. The power socket should be well grounded.
2, should be avoided in humid environment.
3. The liquid in the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow when stirring.
4. This equipment shall not be used as a heater alone.
