Overview
CHIJIU H03-A Magnetic Stirrer is a strong magnetic single stirring Magnetic Stirrer. It adopts stainless steel working surface, has extra strong stirring force, and has a digital display of stirring Rotation speed, which is suitable for large-capacity and high-viscosity stirring. The product Max. stirring ring Capacity is 10000ml, and the stirring Speed range is 100~ 2000r/min.
Features
1. Adopt stainless steel working surface, durable and easy to clean
2. Strong magnetic design, providing extra strong stirring force
3. Rotation speed digital display function
4. Suitable for high-volume and high-viscosity mixing
5. Max. Capacity of stirring up to 10000ml
6. Speed range, 100~ 2000r/min adjustable
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through the internal magnetic drive system, so that the stirrer placed in the beaker follows the magnetic field swirl/spin to achieve stirring of the liquid. The speed knob can adjust the swirl/spin speed of the magnetic field, thereby controlling the Rotation speed of the stirrer.
Applications
Laboratory, chemistry, pharmacy, education, research
Steps
1. Place the Magnetic Stirrer smoothly, put the beaker with the liquid medicine in it (put a stirrer in the beaker first) in the center of the Stirrer, adjust the speed control knob counterclockwise to the minimum, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light is on.
2. Slowly swirl/spin the speed knob clockwise to make the stirrer in the beaker rotate from slow to fast and stir the liquid medicine, and digitally display the stirring Rotation speed
3. After use, the power supply should be unplugged, and the appearance should be cleaned and collected.
Notice
The power supply should be well grounded
• It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation
• Before work, if you put the beaker first, then throw the stirrer into the beaker. Due to the magnetic suction, it is easy to break the beaker
• Before starting the machine, the speed knob should be rotated counterclockwise to the smallest position, and the acceleration should be slow after starting. If the acceleration is too fast, or the speed knob is turned on at a high-speed position, it is easy to make the stirrer lose rotation and shorten the service life of the machine. Once the stirrer is lost, it should be shut down immediately, otherwise it is easy to degausse
• When using, the liquid in the beaker should not be overfilled to prevent overflow when stirring
