Overview
CHIJIU 90-1A Magnetic Stirrer is a large-capacity single Stir device. It is driven by a brushless DC motor and has the characteristics of smooth speed, good speed regulation performance, large torque, not affected by Power frequency, strong magnetic force and strong structure. The device is equipped with high-power voltage regulation output, which can be automatically controlled by an external heater and an electric contact mercury-filledthermometer, and has an electric meter to display the speed and output voltage, which is suitable for large-capacity Stir.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a brushless DC motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field. The magnetic Stir in the container synchronizes the swirl/spin under the action of the swirl/spin magnetic field, so as to realize the Stir of the liquid in the container. When heating is required, an external heater can be connected and the pressure regulating knob can be adjusted to control the heating power; if precise temperature control is required, an external electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer is required to automatically start and stop heating by setting the temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of temperature control.
Applications
Stirring, heating and thermostatic control of large volume liquid, chemical solution, etc.
Steps
1. Place the Stirrer smoothly and place the container containing the liquid medicine and Stir in the center. Adjust the speed knob counterclockwise to the minimum, plug in the power supply, and turn on the power switch.
2. Slowly swirl/spin the speed knob clockwise, so that the Stir rotates from slow to fast to reach the required speed.
3. When the Stir needs to be heated, connect the self-provided heater to the back socket of the machine and put it into the container (do not touch the Stir), switch the back button down, and adjust the temperature control knob to control the voltage.
4. When automatic temperature control is required, connect the electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer lead to the rear terminal of the machine, insert the thermometer into the liquid medicine, and set the required temperature.
5. After use, unplug the power supply and clean the appearance for collection.
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded.
• The liquid in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflowing when stirring.
• It is forbidden to put the Stir directly on the Stirrer for trial operation.
• Containers should be made of non-ferromagnetic materials, copper and aluminum containers should not be used as much as possible, and the bottom should be smooth and Film thickness should not exceed 10mm.
• When the external heater is placed in the container, be careful not to touch the Stir.
