Overview
TP110 pH analyzer is a new generation of high-grade instrument produced by TIMEPOWER company. Principle
The analyzer uses High Accuracy Triple Composite Electrode to detect the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution and convert it into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is converted into a High Accuracy digital signal through a 24-bit A/D signal acquisition device, and then processed and calculated by a professional microcontroller. Finally, the pH value and temperature of the solution are displayed on the LCD screen.
Steps
1. Install Electrode and connect the instrument.
2. Turn on the power supply.
3. Perform parameter settings (such as output signal type, alarm value, etc.) through the Chinese menu.
4. Immerse Electrode in the solution to be tested.
5. Read and record the pH value and temperature data on the display screen.
6. Historical storage data can be queried through the menu.
Notice
• The water sample pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa.
• The water sample temperature should be within the range of 5 to 60 ° C.
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 45 ℃.
• Allowable relative humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Power supply is AC (85~ 265) V, frequency (45~ 65) HZ.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but care must be taken to avoid extreme environments.
The load capacity of the alarm relay is AC220V 3A /DC30V 3A, please do not overload.
