Principle
The analyzer measures the conductivity value of the solution through the conductivity Sensor, and uses the built-in temperature transducer (Pt1000) to synchronously measure the temperature of the solution. The High Accuracy A/D converter and microprocessor inside the instrument process the collected conductivity and temperature signals, and automatically perform temperature compensation according to the set temperature compensation range (0~ 60 ℃). Finally, the compensated conductivity value is displayed, and the corresponding standard current signal can be output.
Applications
Continuous monitoring of conductivity values in solutions in various industries
Steps
1. Install the opening according to the opening size (138 × 138mm).
2. Connect the power supply (AC (85~ 265) V, frequency (45~ 65) Hz).
3. Connect the conductivity Sensor and temperature transducer to the solution to be tested.
4. Set the measurement parameters, output signal type (0~ 10mA, 0~ 20mA, 4~ 20mA optional) and alarm relay setting point through the Chinese menu.
5. Start the instrument and start continuous monitoring.
Notice
The temperature of the water sample should be kept within the range of 5 to 60 degrees Celsius.
• The water sample pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa.
• Instrument Ambient Temperature 5~ 45 ℃, humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Storage and transportation temperature is -25~ 55 ℃.
• Current output load should be less than 300Ω.
• Relay output load capacity is AC 250V 5A/DC 30V 5A.
The power supply must meet the requirements of AC (85~ 265) V and frequency (45~ 65) Hz.
• The power of the instrument does not exceed 15W.
