Overview
CHIJIU H01-2 digital display Magnetic Stirrer is a large-capacity, high-power single-Stir Magnetic Stirrer. Its sturdy structure, driven by a three-phase brushless DC motor, has the characteristics of high torque and strong magnetic force, and has a digital display speed, which is suitable for large-capacity Stir operations.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer is driven by an internal three-phase brushless DC motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field. A special Stir (magnet) is placed at the bottom of the container containing the solution, and the swirl/spin magnetic field generated by the Stirrer will drive the Stir to synchronize the swirl/spin, thus achieving Stir mixing of the liquid in the container.

Steps
1. Trial run: Place the Stirrer smoothly, connect the power cord, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, and the digital display is "0000". Adjust the knob clockwise to display the speed digitally. After the trial turn is normal, adjust the speed to the lowest and then shut down.
2. Formal use: put the container in the center of the Stirrer and put it in the center of the Stir. Adjust the knob after turning it on and gradually accelerate to the desired stirring speed.
3. Exception handling: If the Stir is lost, it should be shut down immediately.
Notice
• The power supply should be well grounded.
• Stirrer face center φ 110mm can not concentrate to withstand large pressure.
• The liquid in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflowing when stirring.
• It is forbidden to put the Stir directly on the Stirrer for trial operation.
• It is recommended to use a container with a smaller Coefficient of Friction, and always pay attention to the abrasion of the Stir. If you find that the speed is reduced, suddenly stopped or difficult to start, you should shut down immediately. It may be that the Stir has serious abrasion and needs to be replaced with a new Stir.
• The rotation speed should not be too high, and the Stir effect can be achieved, because the higher the rotation speed, the faster the Stir abrasion.
