Overview
TP121 (k = 1.0) conductivity analyzer is an intelligent analyzer of TIMEPOWER brand. It has the characteristics of Chinese and English menu operation, multi-function, high measurement performance and strong environmental adaptability. It is specially designed for continuous monitoring of conductivity values in solutions in various industries.

Principle
The instrument measures the conductivity value of the solution through the conductivity Sensor, and monitors the temperature of the solution by using the Pt1000 temperature transducer. The built-in High Accuracy A/D converter converts the analog signal into a digital signal, and then the microcontroller performs microprocessing. According to the set temperature compensation algorithm (compensation range 0~ 60 ° C), the conductivity measurement value is automatically corrected, and the range is automatically converted. Finally, the processed data is displayed through the display screen or through the isolated current signal output.
Applications

Steps
1. Install the opening according to the opening size (94 × 94mm).
2. Connect the power supply (AC 85~ 265V, frequency 45~ 65Hz).
3. Connect the conductivity Sensor and temperature transducer to the solution to be tested.
4. Set measurement parameters, output signal type and alarm relay threshold through Chinese and English menus.
5. Start the instrument and start continuous monitoring. The data will be automatically stored and displayed.
Notice
• Ensure that the water sample temperature is within the range of 5 to 60 ° C, and the water sample pressure is lower than 0.6 MPa.
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument should be 5~ 45 ℃, humidity ≤ 90% RH and no condensation.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept between -25 and 55 ℃ during storage and transportation.
• Current output load should be less than 300Ω.
• Relay output load capacity is AC 250V 5A/DC 30V 5A, please do not overload.
• Make sure to meet the IP65 Protection Rating during installation to ensure the reliability of outdoor use.
