TP121 conductivity analyzer is an instrument with Chinese and English menu operation, full intelligence, multi-function, high measurement performance and strong environmental adaptability. It can be used for continuous monitoring of conductivity values in solutions in various industries.

Principle
The instrument measures the conductivity value of the solution through the conductivity Sensor, and uses the temperature transducer (Pt1000) to measure the temperature of the solution. The internal use of High Accuracy A/D conversion and microprocessor microprocessing technology processes the measurement signal, and automatically performs temperature compensation according to the set temperature compensation range (0~ 60 ℃), and finally displays and outputs the compensated conductivity value.
Applications

Steps
Install the instrument and ensure that the opening size is 94 x 94mm.
2. Connect the power supply (AC 85~ 265V, frequency 45~ 65Hz).
3. Connect the conductivity Sensor and temperature transducer to the solution to be tested.
4. Set measurement parameters through Chinese and English menus, such as output signal type (0~ 10mA, 0~ 20mA, 4~ 20mA optional), alarm relay settings, etc.
5. The instrument starts to automatically perform measurement, temperature compensation and range conversion.
6. View the measurement data through the display screen, or realize data remote transmission through the current output interface.
Notice
The temperature of the water sample should be kept within the range of 5 to 60 degrees Celsius.
• The water sample pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa.
• Instrument Ambient Temperature 5~ 45 ℃, humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Storage and Transportation Ambient Temperature is -25~ 55 ℃.
• Current output load should be less than 300Ω.
• Relay load capacity is AC 250V 5A/DC 30V 5A, do not overload when using.
• Ensure that the installation environment meets the IP65 Protection Rating requirements to ensure the reliability of outdoor use.
