TP121 conductivity analyzer is an instrument with Chinese and English menu operation, full intelligence, multi-function, high measurement performance and strong environmental adaptability. It can be used for continuous monitoring of conductivity values in solutions in various industries.

Principle
The instrument measures the conductivity value of the solution through the conductivity Sensor, and uses the temperature transducer (Pt1000) to measure the temperature of the solution. The built-in single-chip microprocessor processes the measurement data, and performs automatic temperature compensation and range automatic conversion according to the set temperature compensation range (0~ 60 ℃), and finally displays the result on the LCD screen, and can output the standard current signal.
Applications

Steps
1. Install the instrument and connect the power supply.
2. Select the language (Chinese or English) according to the menu prompts.
3. Immerse the conductivity Sensor and temperature transducer into the solution to be tested.
4. Set the output signal type, alarm relay and other parameters as required.
5. The instrument will automatically perform measurement, temperature compensation and data display.
6. Historical storage data can be queried through the menu.
Notice
The temperature of the water sample should be kept within the range of 5 to 60 degrees Celsius.
• The water sample pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa.
• Instrument Ambient Temperature 5~ 45 ℃, humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Storage and transportation temperature is -25~ 55 ℃.
• Current output load should be less than 300Ω.
