The TP121 conductivity analyzer is an intelligent online monitoring instrument produced by TIMEPOWER. Principle
The instrument uses the conductivity Sensor to measure the conductivity value of the solution, and at the same time uses the Pt1000 temperature transducer to measure the temperature of the solution. The built-in High Accuracy A/D converter converts the analog signal into a digital signal, and then the single-chip microcomputer performs data processing. According to the set temperature compensation range (0~ 60 ℃), the conductivity measurement value is automatically temperature compensation, and finally the result is displayed on the LCD screen, and the standard current signal can be output.
Applications
Continuous monitoring of conductivity values in solutions in various industries
Steps
1. Install according to the opening size (94 x 94mm).
2. Connect the power supply (AC 85~ 265V, 45~ 65Hz).
3. Connect the conductivity Sensor and temperature transducer to the solution to be tested.
4. Set measurement parameters, output signal type and alarm relay threshold through Chinese and English menus.
5. Start the instrument, start continuous monitoring, and the data will be automatically stored.
Notice
• Ensure that the water sample temperature is within the range of 5 to 60 ° C, and the water sample pressure is lower than 0.6 MPa.
• Instrument Ambient Temperature 5~ 45 ℃, humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Ambient Temperature should be kept between -25 and 55 ℃ during storage and transportation.
• Current output load should be less than 300Ω.
• Relay output load capacity is AC 250V 5A/DC 30V 5A, please do not overload.
• Make sure to meet the IP65 Protection Rating during installation to ensure the reliability of outdoor use.
