Overview
H04-1 Heating Magnetic Stirrer is a ten-station heating Magnetic Stirrer with dual functions of Stir and heating. Each station is driven by a brushless DC motor, the heating power is adjustable within the rated range, and each station can be independently controlled. It is suitable for Stir needs of small capacity and multi-station. Max. stirring Capacity is 1000mlx10.
Features
1. Ten-station design, allowing multiple groups of Stirring to be carried out simultaneously or independently.
2. Each station is driven by a brushless DC motor.
3. Stirring and heating dual functions, adjustable heating power.
4. Each station can be independently controlled without interfering with each other.
5. Suitable for Small Capacity Multi-Station Stirring Applications.
Principle
The device drives the magnetic rotor through the brushless DC motor to drive the Stir swirl/spin placed in the beaker to realize the Stir of the liquid. At the same time, the beaker is heated by the heater, and the heating speed can be controlled by adjusting the voltage through the temperature speed knob to achieve and maintain the stable temperature required by the liquid.
Applications
Suitable for experiments or production scenarios that require small capacity, multi-station simultaneous stirring and heating, such as chemical synthesis, sample pretreatment, solution preparation, etc.
Standards
Power frequency meets AC220V +/- 10%.
Steps
1. Place smoothly, turn off all switches, adjust the knob to the minimum, and turn on the main power supply after plugging in.
2. Place the beaker with the Stir in the middle of the workbench, turn on the Stir switch at the corresponding station, and adjust the speed control knob to start the Stir.
3. If heating is required, turn on the corresponding station heating switch, and adjust the heating speed through the temperature speed knob to maintain a stable temperature.
4. Each station can be controlled individually, and unused stations can be switched off to save power.
5. After use, first adjust the speed knob to the minimum, and then turn off the Stir and heat switch.
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded.
• Do not overfill the liquid in the beaker to avoid overflowing when Stirring.
• Try to avoid turning on the Stir switch at high speed to protect the Stir and electronic components.
