Overview
The TP111 pH analyzer is a wastewater pH analyzer produced by TIMEPOWER. It has the characteristics of Chinese and English menu operation, full intelligence, multi-function, high measurement performance and strong environmental adaptability. It can accurately measure the pH value and temperature of the solution.

Principle
The analyzer senses the concentration of hydrogen ions in water samples through High Accuracy Triple Composite Electrode, converts chemical signals into electrical signals, and processes them using professional microcontroller technology. The instrument has manual and automatic temperature compensation functions to correct the effect of temperature on pH measurement and ensure the accuracy of measurement results. The main board adopts a highly integrated isolation circuit design to effectively resist interference and ensure stable operation.

Steps
1. Install the instrument and connect the power supply.
2. Perform parameter settings through Chinese and English menus, including output signal types, alarm relay settings, etc.
3. Immerse the Triple Composite Electrode into the water sample to be tested.
4. The instrument automatically or manually performs temperature compensation and measurement of ph value.
5. Read the measurement results through the LCD screen, and choose to store data or query the historical Linear dispersion.
Notice
• The water sample pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa.
• The water sample temperature should be within the range of 5 to 60 ° C.
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 45 ℃.
• Allowable relative humidity should be ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Ensure that the power supply is AC (85~ 265) V and the frequency is (45~ 65) HZ.
• The load of the current isolated output should be less than 300Ω.
Alarm relay is normally open point, please pay attention to the load capacity (AC220V 3A /DC30V 3A).
