Overview
TP140 acid/base concentration meter is a high-end instrument of TIMEPOWER brand, specially designed for the measurement of acid and base concentration such as sodium carbonate in solution. The instrument has the characteristics of Chinese and English menu operation, full intelligence, multi-function, high measurement performance and strong environmental adaptability. It is suitable for checking the concentration of regeneration liquid in ion exchange process of high purity water, or for preparing boiler and pipeline picking liquid, and continuous monitoring of acid and base concentration in solution.

Principle
The acid/base concentration meter converts chemical signals into electrical signals by sensing the acid-base Ion concentration in the solution through corrosion-resistant Electrode. The instrument uses a 24-bit High Accuracy A/D converter to collect electrical signals, and combines with a Pt1000 temperature transducer for temperature compensation. After internal intelligent algorithm processing, the concentration value of the solution is accurately displayed on the LCD screen.
Applications
Inspection of regeneration liquid concentration, preparation of boiler picking liquid, preparation of pipeline picking liquid and continuous monitoring of acid and base concentration in solution
Steps
1. According to the installation requirements, fix the meter in a suitable position and connect it to the power supply.
2. Correctly immerse the corrosion-resistant Electrode and temperature transducer into the solution to be tested.
3. Set measurement parameters through Chinese and English menus, such as output current type, alarm value, etc.
4. Start measurement, the instrument will automatically perform signal acquisition, temperature compensation and display concentration results.
5. Historical storage data can be queried through the instrument interface.
Notice
• Electrode should be immersed in the solution to the appropriate depth to ensure accurate measurement.
• The temperature of the water sample should be kept within the range of 5 to 50 ° C.
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 45 ℃, Operating Relative Humidity ≤ 90% RH and no condensation.
• When storing the instrument, the Ambient Temperature should be -25~ 55 ° C, but the Electrode storage temperature should be higher than 0 ° C.
• Current output load should be less than 300Ω.
When using the alarm relay, please note that its contact point capacity is AC220V 3A or DC30V 3A.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but care should be taken to avoid use in environments beyond the specified conditions.
