Principle
The analyzer converts the Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) analog signal of Sensor measurement into a digital signal through a High Accuracy A/D converter, and is processed and calculated by a single-chip microprocessor. Finally, the measurement results are displayed on the LCD screen. The main board adopts a patch process and a highly integrated isolation circuit to ensure the stability and anti-interference ability of the measurement.
Applications
Suitable for measurement of Oxidation Reduction Potential and Temperature
Steps
1. Install the instrument to the appropriate position to ensure that the opening size is 138 * 138mm.
2. Connect the power supply (AC 85~ 265V, frequency 45~ 65Hz).
3. Connect ORP Sensor and temperature transducer.
4. Set the measurement parameters, output signal type (0~ 10mA, 0~ 20mA or 4~ 20mA) and alarm relay threshold through the Chinese menu.
5. Immerse the Sensor in the solution to be tested, and the instrument starts to automatically measure and display the ORP value and temperature.
6. Historical storage data can be queried through the menu.
Notice
The temperature of the water sample should be kept within the range of 5 to 60 degrees Celsius.
• The water sample pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa.
• environment operating temperature should be between 5~ 45 ℃.
• Working environment relative humidity should be ≤ 90% RH, and no condensation.
Storage temperature should be within the range of -25 to 55 ° C.
• Current output load should be less than 300Ω.
• The contact point capacity of the relay is AC220V 3A or DC30V 3A, please do not use it beyond the limit.
• The meter has an IP65 Protection Rating, but care should be taken to avoid long-term extreme environments when installing.
• The meter has a power-down storage function, and the data can be stored for more than 10 years.
