Principle
The conductivity analyzer measures the conductive ability of the solution through the conductivity Sensor. The Sensor converts the conductivity signal of the solution into an electrical signal, which is collected by a 24-bit High Accuracy A/D converter, and then processed and calculated by a professional microcontroller. The instrument has a built-in temperature transducer (Pt1000), which performs temperature compensation on the measurement results to ensure the accuracy of conductivity measurement at different temperatures. Finally, Multi-Parameters such as conductivity and temperature are displayed on the LCD screen.
Applications
The measurement of conductivity values in solutions in various industries
Steps
1. Turn it on and enter the Chinese main menu interface.
2. Select or set the measurement parameters according to the screen prompts.
3. Immerse the conductivity Sensor in the solution to be tested.
4. Wait for the reading to stabilize, and the conductivity, temperature, time and status will be displayed simultaneously on the instrument screen.
5. If you need to store data, you can press the corresponding function key to operate.
6. After the measurement is completed, remove the Sensor and clean it, turn off the instrument.
Notice
• Instrument operation temperature range is 5~ 45 ℃, operating humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation), please ensure that it is used in a suitable environment.
• Water sample temperature measurement range is 5~ 60 ℃, please ensure that the temperature of the solution to be tested is within this range.
• In an environment with sufficient rays of light, it is recommended to turn off the backlight function to save power.
• Please use the specified AC (220 +/- 22) V, (50 +/- 1) Hz power supply to charge the instrument, and the power does not exceed 1W.
• The instrument has a data cycle storage function, which will automatically clear overflow data. Please pay attention to the timely export or recording of important data.
• Please keep the instrument properly to avoid severe impact or fall.
• Make sure the Sensor is clean before measurement to avoid contamination affecting the measurement accuracy.
