Principle
The analyzer senses the dissolved oxygen concentration in the water sample through High Accuracy measurement Electrode. Electrode adopts imported film head, which can quickly respond and stabilize measurement. The instrument uses professional microcontroller and 24-bit A/D signal acquisition technology to convert the Electrode signal into a digital signal and process it. At the same time, temperature compensation is carried out through the Pt1000 temperature transducer, and finally the accurate dissolved oxygen measurement value is displayed on the Chinese LCD screen.
Applications
The measurement of trace dissolved oxygen in various industrial solutions
Steps
1. Boot preparation: Connect the power supply or ensure that the instrument has sufficient power.
2.Calibrate: Electrode calibrate according to the menu guide (please refer to the detailed manual for specific calibrating steps).
3 measurement: Electrode immersed in the solution to be tested, waiting for the reading to stabilize (Response Time T90 < 5min).
4. Reading record: Read the measurement results from the Chinese display screen, and the instrument will automatically perform range conversion.
5. Data query: Query historical storage data through the menu function.
6. End measurement: Clean Electrode and turn off the instrument.

• Ambient Temperature 5~ 45 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Water sample temperature measurement range is 5~ 45 ℃.
• Please use AC (220 +/- 22) V, (50 +/- 1) Hz power supply to charge the instrument.
• Instrument power consumption ≤ 0.5W.
• Electrode film tip clean during measurement to avoid contamination affecting measurement accuracy.
• When not in use for a long time, please keep the Electrode properly as required.
