Overview
The TP351 dissolved oxygen analyzer is a High Accuracy Benchtop analyzer under the TIMEPOWER brand, with powerful functions and convenient operation. The instrument adopts Chinese menu guidance, intuitive operation, high measurement accuracy, and is suitable for the measurement of dissolved oxygen content in solutions in various industries.
Features
1. Electrode Response Time is short, which is convenient for the measurement of high oxygen content water samples such as sewage.
2. Adopt professional patch technology and integrated design, resulting in high circuit integration, stability and durability.
3. Based on professional microcontroller technology, high performance and low power consumption.
24 bit A/D signal acquisition, high measurement accuracy, accurate and reliable results.
5. Chinese menu operation, easy to understand, quick and convenient operation.
6. With data cycle storage function, it can automatically clear overflow data, making it easy to operate and query.
7. Equipped with 5.0-inch touch color LCD screen, Chinese display, easy to operate.
Principle
The dissolved oxygen analyzer senses the oxygen content in the water sample through the dissolved Oxygen electrode and converts the chemical signal into an electrical signal. The instrument has a built-in Pt1000 temperature transducer for temperature compensation, and is controlled by a high-performance single-chip microcomputer. High Accuracy acquisition and processing of the signal through a 24-bit A/D converter, and finally the dissolved oxygen concentration value is displayed on the LCD screen.
Applications
The measurement of dissolved oxygen in solutions in various industries
Steps
1. Turn on the AC 220V power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Electrode calibrated or direct measurement according to the Chinese menu guide.
3. Immerse the dissolved Oxygen electrode in the water sample to be tested.
4. Wait for the instrument Response and stabilize the reading (Response Time T90 < 5min).
5. View and record the measurement results through the Touchscreen, and use the data storage function to query.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature 5~ 45 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Water sample measurement temperature range is 5~ 45 ℃.
The storage temperature of the instrument is -25 to 55 degrees Celsius, but the storage temperature of Electrode needs to be higher than 0 degrees Celsius.
• Please use the specified power supply: AC (220 +/- 22) V, (50 +/- 1) Hz.
