Overview
The TIMEPOWER TP301 (20L) Ultrapure Water Machine is a laboratory device designed for the preparation of high-purity water for a wide range of High Accuracy analytical needs. The resulting ultrapure water is suitable for ion chromatograph, gas phase chromatograph, trace metal analysis, atomic absorption/atomic emission spectroscopy (AES), mass spectrometry, buffer solution preparation, high purity standard solution preparation, trace element quantitative analysis, high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) and toxicity detection.
Features

Principle
The ultra-pure water machine drives multi-stage purification units such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis (RO), and ultra-purification to treat the influent water through the built-in intelligent control system. The system has built-in timed flushing and circulation programs to ensure stable performance of the purification system. The online water quality monitoring module monitors the resistivity of the produced water in real time, and the final produced water is filtrated by UV digestion (254nm) and 0.22μm end point microfilters to obtain ultra-pure water that meets the standards.

Steps
Connect the 220V/50Hz power supply to ensure that the voltage fluctuation is within +/- 10%.
2. When the device is turned on, the system will automatically execute the self-test procedure.
3. Perform parameter settings through the color LCD Touchscreen, such as timed flushing, cycle programs, or Basis Weight water intake.
4. According to demand, pure water is taken from the corresponding water outlet (Class III pure water or Class I ultrapure water).
5. During the operation of the equipment, parameters such as water quality specific resistance can be monitored online through the screen.
Notice
• Equipment working environment water temperature should be maintained between 5~ 40 ℃.
• In the northern region, the equipment needs to be installed indoors with anti-freezing measures.
• Please ensure that the influent water quality meets the equipment requirements to ensure the final water mass.
