Overview
TIMEPOWER TP302 (30L) ultrapure water machine is a high-purity water preparation equipment for laboratories. Its prepared ultrapure water is suitable for ion chromatograph, gas chromatograph, trace metal analysis, atomic absorption/atomic emission spectroscopy (AES), mass spectrometry analyzer, buffer solution preparation, high-purity standard solution preparation, quantitative analysis of trace elements, HPLC high-performance liquid chromatograph, toxicity detection and other precision analysis experiments.
Features
1. Adopt color liquid crystal display and touch keyboard control, with boot self-check function.

Principle
The device drives the pretreatment and ultra-purification units to treat the influent water through a microcomputer intelligent control system. The system has built-in timed flushing and ultra-pure water circulation programs to maintain water quality. The treated water passes through a UV digestion instrument (254nm) and an end point 0.22μm microfilter, and finally produces high-purity ultra-pure water. The water quality is monitored in real time by an online specific resistance monitoring system.

Steps
1. Turn on the 220V/50Hz power supply, and the device will be turned on for self-test.
2. Perform man-machine dialogue operation through color LCD Touchscreen and set parameters.
3. The system automatically executes the flushing and water production procedures.
4. Basis Weight or immediate access to the required pure water from the corresponding water outlet (Class III pure water or Class I ultrapure water).
Notice
• Power Supply 220V/50Hz, voltage fluctuation should be within +/- 10%.
• Equipment working environment water temperature should be maintained between 5~ 40 ℃.
• When used in the northern region, the equipment should be placed in a room with anti-freezing measures.
• Please use it reasonably according to the equipment specifications (such as treatment water volume and water quality indicators).
• Regularly monitor system self-inspection and water quality online monitoring data to ensure that the effluent quality meets requirements.
