Overview
DECO-PBM-V-16L is a vertical planetary Ball mill with a combined structure design. The control room, grinding room and base can be easily disassembled and assembled, which is convenient for daily maintenance and repair. The equipment shell has been round and sprayed, and the internal structure has been carefully adjusted to ensure the rationality of the space structure. The core components are Delixi brand inverter and Dedong brand motor to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Principle
Four ball milling tanks are installed on the planetary disk. When the planetary disk rotates at high speed, the ball milling tank makes a central axis planetary movement. The grinding balls in the ball milling tank collide violently and rub the material during the high-speed movement, so that the material is fully pulverized, homogenized or mixed. According to the different properties of the ground materials, various grinding methods such as dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, low temperature grinding, and inert gas grinding can be selected for grinding.

2. Set the grinding time: digital display, 00:00:01 to 99:59:59
3. Set intermittent operation time: digital display, 00:01:00~ 99:59:59
4. Select the grinding method: dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, low temperature grinding, inert gas grinding
5. Start the device running
6. Suspension, stepless speed regulation, emergency stop, restore and other operations can be performed
