Principle
The Alpha-1506 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is based on an optional Optical inspection system for single beam of light/proportional monitoring. The instrument uses a self-aligning optical path. After the composite light emitted by the Illuminant is split by holographic Diffraction grating, a monochromatic light is formed to illuminate the sample. The sample absorbs light of a specific wavelength, and the transmitted light intensity is detected by the imported silicon photodiode Detector and converted into an electrical signal. The system calculates parameters such as Absorbance and light transmitance by comparing the signal of the sample with the reference, so as to realize the qualitative or quantitative analysis of the sample.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up, and the instrument conducts self-test.
2. Select the desired Operating Mode (such as photometric measurement, quantitative analysis, etc.) through the Chinese menu.
3. Put in the reference solution and perform automatic adjustment of 100% T and 0% T.
4. Put the sample to be tested and make measurements at the specified wavelength.
5. For quantitative analysis, standard Linear dispersion can be established and stored first, and subsequent tests can be directly invoked.
6. View and process the data, and print the report through the Built-in Printer or transfer the data to the computer through the USB interface.
