Principle
The Alpha-1860S UV-Visible Spectrophotometer adopts a self-aligning optical path and a quasi-dual-beam of light dynamic feedback proportional recording photometry system. After the light emitted by the Illuminant is split by a monochromator (1200 lines/mm laser holographic Diffraction grating), monochromatic light is formed to illuminate the sample. The Detector (imported silicon photodiode) receives the optical signal transmitted through the sample and converts it into an electrical signal. The system processes the signal through dynamic feedback proportional recording, and finally calculates the parameters such as Absorbance and transmittance of the sample.
