Overview
Alpha-1900S dual beam of light scanning UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is designed by Spectrophotometer for the needs of organic chemistry, biochemistry, drug analysis, food inspection, environment protection, life science and other fields. The instrument uses new microcomputer technology and electronic control system to optimize the traditional optical path design and structural design. While expanding new functions, it ensures accuracy, Stability and durability.
Features
1. Stable and reliable quality: The key components are imported parts, Optical inspection mirror coated with SiO2 protective film, full sealing monochromator structure, 20 mm thick base, double beam of light dynamic feedback proportional recording metering system, high automatic self-diagnosis and correction recovery function.
2. Perfect application function: Bandwidth optional, support photometric measurement, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, kinetic analysis, DNA/RNA and protein testing, scanning speed up to 3500nm/min, light source free debugging, with special PC anti-control workstation or GMP function software.
Principle
Alpha-1900S uses dual beam of light CT optical path, driving the light source (tungsten halogen lamp and deuterium lamp) through the automatic light-seeking positioning system, the ray of light forms monochromatic light after the holographic Diffraction grating, and is detected by the dual beam of light dynamic feedback proportional recording photometric system. The imported silicon photodiode converts the optical signal into an electrical signal, and finally the microcomputer system processes and displays Absorbance, transmittance and other data.
Applications
Organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, food inspection, environment protection, life sciences
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Select the appropriate bandwidth according to the test requirements.
3. Perform automatic adjustment of 100% T and 0% T.
4. Select the working mode (T, A, C, E).
5. Place the sample.
6. Perform measurements (such as point testing, scanning or kinetic analysis).
7. Perform data processing by instrument or PC software (such as establishing standard Linear dispersion, map analysis).
Notice
• The instrument should be placed on a stable platform to avoid vibration.
• When replacing deuterium or tungsten lamps, use socket design and automatic light-seeking positioning system, no need for manual Optical inspection and debugging.
• Regularly use the instrument's self-diagnosis and correction functions to ensure data accuracy.
• Optical inspection system is fully sealed structure, do not disassemble by yourself.
• When using PC anti-control software, ensure that the USB connection is stable.
